The automatic batching procedure controller has the features of high batching accuracy, short batching cycle, reliable using adjustable batching proportion and easy operation.
Mixing system The material of scale board and blade is chrome wear resisting casting iron, the obliquity is finite element analyse design, It has excellent mixing affect, runs fast, long service life.
Weighing System With liquid temporary hopper, adopting extractive weighing structure, the weighing precision is improved.
The equipment can be equipped with pump and butterfly valve which can work at 80C,if the construction carry out in cold winter.
Electrical control system   1. The control and management system is multitasking and multiwindow Windows control flat roof.
2. Using industrial touch screen plus computer control system and put the reliability of production in primacy. The epigyny computer inspecting system can supply a in-phase inspect and measurement of all data information for the whole progress.
3. All parameters, states, data information of the system are in a state of in-phase transporting, and the producing simulated menu can in-phase display.

Cement silo and Screw conveyor Cement Silos range from 50 tons, 80, 100, 150, 200 and 300 Tons.
1. Cement screw conveyer adopts sealing device .The soft connection between the discharging port and the hopper avoid the influence for the measuring accuracy.
2. The gate is universal ball joint which can regulate the angle windage with good sealing.
